Stone Masonry.Built to Last.

Hand-laid stone work — veneers, pillars, columns, architectural detail.

Overview

Stone masonry is the slowest, most hand-built craft on a jobsite — and the difference shows for a century.

We do full-bed natural stone work: pillars, columns, full-face veneers, chimney rebuilds, entry walls, mailbox surrounds and architectural feature walls. Every piece is hand-selected and hand-fit.

Stone is the only hardscape material that genuinely improves over time. We build for that — wide butter joints raked back, granite caps, integral lighting boxes set into the stone itself.

How We Build

Six Details That Set Our Work Apart

The visible surface is the easy part. What lasts is the engineering underneath.

01

Hand-Selected

Every stone picked from the pallet for shape, face and color. Slow on purpose.

02

Full-Bed Depth

Not veneer panels — actual stone, set with structural mortar. Reads as solid.

03

Raked Joints

Mortar raked back ¼" from face. Reads as dry-stacked even when mortared.

04

Granite Caps

Custom-cut granite caps on every pillar, wall and column we build.

05

Integrated Lights

Junction boxes set inside stone for lighting that looks built-in, not bolted-on.

06

Chimney Work

Full chimney rebuilds, repointing, cap and crown work. Working with mason since 2018.

Reclaimed cobble for edging, accents and driveway aprons.

Common Questions

Stone Masonry FAQ

Most of our work is full-bed natural stone (1¼"+) or full-thickness granite. We use cultured stone only when budget or weight requires it.

Yes — repointing, chimney rebuilds, pillar repairs, cap replacements. Stone work is usually salvageable if the structure is sound.

A pair of entry pillars typically runs 5–8 days including footings, hand-laying and granite cap install.

We pull samples to your house before laying anything. Two or three stone options, on-site, in your light.

Honest, fast, and detail-obsessed. The pool deck looks better than the pool.
