Cedar, ornamental, privacy and estate fencing — set in concrete, plumb forever.

Overview

A fence is the single most underestimated build on a property — and the single most visible thing on it.

We install cedar privacy, ornamental aluminum, post-and-rail and custom estate fencing. Every post is set in concrete below frost line. Every panel is plumb. Every gate is hinged with stainless hardware.

We coordinate with your hardscape — fences meet patios with the right transition, gates align with paths, and post-line is laid out with the same precision as a retaining wall.

How We Build

Six Details That Set Our Work Apart

The visible surface is the easy part. What lasts is the engineering underneath.

01

Frost-Set Posts

Posts in concrete below 48" frost line. No leaning, ever.

02

Plumb Layout

Laser-line every run before posts go in. Straight as your eye can see.

03

Pool Code

Pool fencing built to MA pool code — height, gap, self-closing gates, latch height.

04

Stainless Hardware

Hinges and latches in stainless 316. No bleed stains on cedar in two years.

05

Custom Gates

Built on site to fit grade and reveal — not factory panels trimmed in.

06

Pre-Wired Lighting

Conduit run inside posts for cap lights, gate lights, driveway eyes.

Common Questions

Fencing FAQ

MA typically allows 6 ft in residential — some towns vary. We confirm by-law before install. Estate fencing can be taller with permit.

No — cedar silvers to a soft gray naturally over 6–18 months. If you want it to stay brown, we can stain or seal annually.

For boundary fences, we strongly recommend a survey. We can recommend a local surveyor.

MA pool code: 4 ft minimum, no gaps over 4", self-closing gate, latch 54"+ off ground. We handle the inspection.

I've watched the crew rebuild a section of wall three times because Matt didn't like the joints. That's who you want building your house.
