We start on the phone — a 15-minute conversation about what you're picturing, your timeline, and your budget range. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Matt comes out, walks the property with you, takes measurements, and flies drone imagery if the site warrants it. We listen more than we talk on the first visit.
Within 48 hours, you receive a detailed line-item proposal — every material, every labor day, every contingency. Plus a visual sketch or rendering if helpful.
Signed contract. Initial deposit. You get a start date and the project enters the build queue. Most projects begin within 2–6 weeks of contract signing.
Our crew arrives. Daily progress updates. Clean jobsite every evening. You're never wondering what's happening — and never met with surprise costs.
We do the final walk together. Punch list, if any, gets handled inside a week. You don't pay the final balance until you're completely satisfied.

From signed contract to final walkthrough, plan on about 5–8 weeks for a typical residential project. Smaller patios go faster (2–3 weeks). Larger pool deck + outdoor kitchen combos go slower (10–14 weeks).
Build queue lead time varies by season. Spring (March–May) usually carries 4–6 weeks of waitlist. Summer is the busiest stretch. Fall installs and winter masonry are often quickest to schedule.
If something genuinely changes mid-build, we tell you immediately and quote it before doing the work. No invoice surprises.
The last 10% of a project is where most contractors disappear. We finish strong, on time, and don't leave you chasing punch list items.
