We offer ongoing maintenance for properties we've built, and selectively for properties we haven't. Weekly mowing, edging and blow-off. Spring and fall clean-ups. Fertilizer and weed control programs. Aeration and overseed in fall.
Our maintenance crew is small and trained — they treat your property the way the install crew did. Same standard, same eye.

The visible surface is the easy part. What lasts is the engineering underneath.
Same day every week. You always know when we're there.
Small, trained crew. Not a rotating fleet of subcontractors.
Spring crabgrass pre-emergent application — included in fert programs.
Mower blades sharpened weekly. Cuts cleaner, browns less in heat.
Bed lines and walkway edges hand-edged twice a season. Sharp definition.
Leaves hauled off-site, beds cut back, gutters cleared. Closed for winter.
Set schedule April through November. Mow, edge, trim, blow-off, leave.
Six-application program — pre-emergent, fertilizer, grub, lime.
Bed prep, mulch, fall leaves, gutter blow-out. Once per season.
Annual fall service for thick, healthy lawns — pulled core aeration.
Standard is weekly April–November. We can offer every-other-week at a lower frequency, but quality drops.
We do not currently offer snow removal. We can recommend a partner.
Selectively. Priority goes to properties we built. We can quote others depending on route capacity.
Most quarter- to half-acre properties run $55–95/week for full maintenance. We quote on-site.
