Full-scope landscape installs — grading, sod, planting, irrigation, drainage.

Overview

Most of what makes a finished property "look right" is what happens between the hardscape and the house.

We do complete landscape construction — final grading, sod and seed lawns, ornamental and screening plantings, irrigation, drainage solutions, and the dozen small details (steps, paths, edging, mulch beds) that make a property feel resolved.

Often paired with our hardscape work, but we also take on landscape-only projects. Every install includes a 1-year plant warranty.

How We Build

Six Details That Set Our Work Apart

The visible surface is the easy part. What lasts is the engineering underneath.

01

Final Grading

4" topsoil minimum, machine-graded, hand-finished. Drainage built in.

02

Sod Same-Day

Sod from local farms, cut and laid within 24 hours. Greens in a week.

03

Irrigation Ready

Heads, lines and controllers — coordinated with licensed irrigation partner.

04

Drainage Solutions

French drains, dry wells, regrading for properties with chronic water issues.

05

Bed Edging

Steel or natural stone bed edges. Mulch stays in, lawn stays out.

06

1-Year Plant Warranty

Anything we plant is warranted for one full growing season.
